The Peacemakers Leadership Development Institute

Equipping the Next Generation to Lead with Courage, Conviction, and Compassion

Introducing the Peacemakers Leadership Development Institute (PLDI)

Our organization is excited to expand our mission by launching a new initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders. Building on our extensive leadership experience and broad network of partners, we will now provide high school and college students with meaningful opportunities to develop their leadership skills and make a positive impact in their communities.

Through the Peacemakers Leadership Development Institute (PLDI), students will receive dynamic leadership training while working alongside respected community leaders, faith-based organizations, and nonprofit partners. This initiative is designed to empower young leaders to engage in real-world issues and make a lasting difference.
